Tri-County Regional Ethics Committee & Conference
2021 NJTREC Educational Conference
Wednesday, Wednesday, April 14, 2012
Tri-County Ethics Committee (TREC) would like to remind you how important it is to talk with your loved ones about your healthcare goals and wishes, not only at end-of-life, but throughout your lifetime. Those that care about you need to know what your wishes are.
National Healthcare Decisions Day exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advanced care planning.
Join local healthcare experts in South Jersey to discuss the importance of having the conversation regarding Advance Directives while you are healthy. This event is open to the public at no charge – seniors, caregivers & families are welcome to join. Zoom log-in information will be sent out the day prior to the scheduled program.
Have your voice heard – Your Decisions Matter.
